Atlantic Station is a mixed-use retail, entertainment and living area located in Midtown Atlanta. Overall traffic had been decreasing as the newness of the project wore off. They needed a fresh approach for attracting people who were skeptical, to see all the exciting new experiences that awaited them. Using digital and social (paid and organic), we were able to generate new excitement and foot traffic into the area. Through sophisticated mobile tracking, we could measure the success of each campaign, and adjust to optimize the work.
Capturing live events weekly and building stories that featured all their retail partners helped elevate engagement on their social channels. We created content for advertising and organic social. We also purchased media for Google, Meta and Amazon. The work we created for these channels helped them eclipse 1M views with a single post.
